NATIONAL:
In compliance with the responsibility demanded by LAW 15/2009 of November 11th of the Contract for the Transportation of Goods, a maximum compensation payment for the client is established, in the event of a claim, of a third of the IPREM/day (public indicator of the value of multiple effects in Spain) per kg of the lost or damaged goods gross weight.
INTERNATIONAL:
As established by the C.M.R., In the event of a claim, clients will be compensated with 10€ per kg shipped.

BY AIR:

NACIONAL/INTERNACIONAL:
For expeditions by air, clients will be compensated with 20$ per kg shipped, up to a maximum of 100$, by the IATA (International Air Transport Association) compulsory insurance. The amount of compensation cannot be more than the value of the goods shipped.
