Digitisation and archiving of proof of delivery (POD)

Nacex offers you free control and access to PODs, once they are digitised, via their web page. This service is exclusive to account holders by means of a login and password.

Clients delivery notes:
NACEX facilitates the administrative control of your own delivery notes by means of a returns service which includes exclusive tracking and control. COST: 1.25€/u.
NACEX also facilitates the digitising, visualisation and safekeeping of your delivery notes. COST: 0.06 €/u
Certified copy of POD or clients' delivery note. COST: 4.90€/u
The option of receiving a monthly summary on DVD also exists, with the images of your own PODs and delivery notes. COST: 12.00€/u

E-alert

Confirmation of delivery via an email or SMS to the sender.

E-Alert collection: Confirmation to the client that the pick up has been made, with date, time and sender information.
E-Alert delivery: Confirmation to the client that the delivery has been made, with date, time and receiver.
E-Alert incidence: Sender and consignee informed of reason for non-collection or non-delivery.

Pre-alert for shipments
|
|

|
Notifies the recipient via e-mail or SMS, that a parcel is to arrive within the agreed time frame, depending on the service.
|
PreAlert collection: Sender informed of schedule and merchandise to be collected.
PreAlert delivery:
• Standard: Consignee informed of the date and schedule for delivery.
• Plus: Standard service plus personalised instructions.
• Out for delivery: Consignee informed as soon as the shipment arrives at the destination office.
